[Life has been good to Caitlyn. It's had it's rough spots, but since she moved to Aldrip, everything's fallen in to place. She's got a job that wasn't given to her by her parents, she's working towards a career where she makes a difference, and she has the hottest fiancée to walk this planet.

Work is forever busy and a ton of paperwork, but she squeezed in studying when she could, so once she's home, her attention can be solely on Vi. Given that it was Vi's day off, and not hers, she was more than eager to get home, since their work schedules always conflicted.

Her only stop on the way home was the flower shop, wanting to get a little surprise for the love of her life as a just because gift. From there, she made a bee line home, and soon enough she was entering the house, while hiding the flowers behind her back.]

[There was a reason Caitlyn put a ring on it, and she definitely can't help but admire Vi's physique as she followed the sound of her voice and found her in their room. Damp, skin showing, a smirk on her face. Vi knew exactly what she was doing and Caitlyn was enjoying the view.

Oh right. She had a gift.

She produced the flowers from behind her back, the bouquet of blue and green hydrangeas that Yu had made for her, and offered them towards the other woman.]

For you, love. Did you have a good day off today?

Can't I surprise you just because?

[Which is mostly the truth. It might also have been because she had a strange memory of a fight in the rain they had. It was so vivid and real, and yet, she couldn't even place where they were.

There was a lot of strangeness going around lately. Things in Aldrip were feeling off, so she wanted to focus on the one thing that felt right: Vi.]
