I have to say I'm not surprised about any of this. The man does give off similar aura to those I've dealt in my life before coming here. Rotten criminals that one simply couldn't catch, ones with too much power and influence on the politics and society as whole.

we'd need to have him in isolated area alone, like the forest for an example, without him knowing i'm there. i suppose if the authorities of this world had their eyes on somewhere else they could potentially be too busy to pay attention to one person's evening stroll through the woods.
but then there is that one person I mentioned about. once Silco's death is confirmed I'm certain he'll be able to tell it is me. while he disapproves of murder I believe even he can be persuaded to look other way if the situation is truly dire enough.
when conspiring a murder you need to take every possible angle into consideration. even with ability like mine you ought to have all your bases covered and be as thorough as you can. I'm certain Silco knows this, otherwise he wouldn't have been as successful as he was in your world. we need to be careful if we intend to proceed further with this.
which is why I need to ask: how far would you be willing to go to have Silco removed.
each place has its own group of "undesirables", those who fall in between cracks of the systems, people who's existence holds no real value to the society around them. it is a lot different if you decide to snipe someone who has power, connections and has made their existence one of that holds importance than some nobody , who has no family or other connections. going after the former always carries risks while no one bats their eyelids if a nameless garbage is removed from the streets.
